AVT ACQUIRES STUDY PERMIT RIGHTS 6000+ ACRES
This high-priority operational engagement marked the first official field mission
conducted by AEROVOLT TANZANIA LIMITED (AVT), together with GMF Social &
Environmental Teams and supporting technical representatives, in relation to the
proposed 200MW Wind Power Project in Northern Tanzania. The session focused on
stakeholder introductions, land engagement discussions, social and environmental
alignment, technical orientation, and early-stage feasibility coordination with local
authorities, village representatives, landowners, and institutional stakeholders
including TISEZA representatives. A major component of the engagement focused on transparency, accountability, and institutional credibility. AVT emphasized its
commitment to conducting the project with integrity, clarity, professionalism, and continuous stakeholder involvement throughout all
future development phases.

Wind Energy Sets New Global Record in 2024
According to the 2025 Global Electricity Review by Ember, wind energy continues its upward trajectory, achieving remarkable milestones in global electricity generation. In 2024, global wind generation soared to a new record of 2,494 TWh, marking an increase of 182 TWh (+7.9%) from the previous year.
