CEO and Founder

A visionary Computer Scientist and Management Specialist, Mr. Kinasha is the Founder and CEO of AEROVOLT TANZANIA, spearheading the company’s technological and operational transformation in the renewable energy sector. With extensive expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS), software engineering, grid interconnection research, GIS applications, and wind profiling systems. His leadership extends beyond technology—he is the architect and driving force behind AEROVOLT TANZANIA’s digital and operational ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of data-driven decision-making, advanced energy analytics, and cutting-edge software solutions. With a deep understanding of systems architecture, data management, networking, and digital transformation, he has built scalable, efficient, and future-ready solutions that position AEROVOLT TANZANIA at the forefront of Africa’s renewable energy revolution.

Dr. Almachius Kamala Kahwa Ph.D. M.Eng. B.Sc(Hons.).

Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Almachius is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AEROVOLT TANZANIA, leading the company’s large-scale wind energy initiatives to drive Tanzania’s clean energy transition. A renowned electrical engineer and Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam, he holds a Ph.D. and Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Yokohama National University, Japan. With expertise in power systems, machine drives, multilevel converters, and digital control of power converters, Dr. Kahwa plays a key role in advancing energy efficiency, grid stability, and renewable infrastructure. His vision and leadership position AEROVOLT TANZANIA at the forefront of Africa’s wind energy revolution.

Nicoleta Calin, MEng, MIET

Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Ms. Nicole serves as the Chief Business Officer at AEROVOLT TANZANIA, bringing extensive expertise in engineering project management with a specialized focus on energy and rail infrastructure. She has played a pivotal role in delivering high-impact engineering projects, including key contributions to Siemens’ Riyadh Metro Project and Crossrail’s Elizabeth Line, where she streamlined operational workflows, optimized supply chain logistics, and led the seamless integration of SCADA, CCTV, and communication systems. At AEROVOLT TANZANIA, she leverages her technical acumen and project leadership skills to drive efficiency, innovation, and strategic execution across the company’s renewable energy initiatives.

Judica Lawson

Co-Founder & Director of Administration and Human Resources

Judica Lawson brings nearly three decades of dynamic leadership experience, including her tenure as the Regional Deputy Director for Africa at the International Labour Organization (ILO). She drives all internal operations, from workforce management and recruitment to employee welfare, ensuring a cohesive, high-performing team. With her extensive expertise in administrative leadership, Judica excels at designing and implementing efficient operational structures that enhance organizational effectiveness and optimize human capital management. 

Innocent Ngoli -LLM (ICJ), LLB (Hons)

Co-Founder & Director of Internal Oversight

Innocent Ngoli, Co-Founder and Director of Internal Oversight at AEROVOLT TANZANIA LTD, brings extensive expertise in corporate law and policy enforcement. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company operates within established legal frameworks while proactively addressing compliance challenges. With a strong background spanning both the private and public sectors, Innocent is dedicated to protecting AEROVOLT’s legal interests and implementing rigorous oversight processes that enhance operational integrity and support strategic objectives. 

Nadou Sasegbon LLB (Hons), LLM (LSE)

Chief Legal Officer

Nadou plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s legal framework, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, while delivering expert legal counsel on energy transition projects and corporate governance. With her deep expertise in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters, she ensures that AEROVOLT’s operations are in full alignment with global ESG standards, driving sustainable development.

Daniel Lawson

Co-Founder & PNP- member, Salesforce Administrator

Daniel Lawson, Co-Founder and member of the Partnerships-Networking and Public Relations (PNP) Division at AEROVOLT TANZANIA LTD, serves as the Salesforce Administrator, playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s stakeholder engagement and technological integration. With a deep expertise in sales technology and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Daniel ensures seamless communication, data management, and operational efficiency across AEROVOLT’s network of investors, government bodies, local communities, and industry partners.

Nesrine Bouchra Telli, MGeol

Virtual Assistant | Partnership, Networking & Public Relations Division

Ms. Nesrine Bouchra Telli is a highly skilled Virtual Assistant at AEROVOLT TANZANIA LIMITED, serving as a key member of the Partnership, Networking & Public Relations Division. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong background in client relations, administrative operations, and digital communication, she plays an integral role in streamlining business processes and enhancing organizational efficiency.

She brings expertise in data management, web research, email administration, and customer engagement, ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Nesrine is proficient in Google Workspace, project management tools, and CRM systems, enabling her to optimize workflow, maintain structured records, and support executive decision-making.

Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Geology from the University of Oran 2 Mohamed Ben Ahmed, complemented by specialized Virtual Assistant Training from Alx Africa. With experience in guiding clients through immigration processes, administrative support, and sales operations, she possesses a strong problem-solving mindset and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
